1. The Service

Housora provides tools for creating visual home-design concepts from user-provided images, floor plans, and prompts. Outputs are suggestions for planning and inspiration, not architectural, engineering, construction, safety, valuation, or professional design advice.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and promptly tell us about unauthorized use. You must be at least 16, or the minimum age required where you live.

3. User content

You retain your rights in uploaded content. You confirm that you have permission to upload it and that it does not violate law, privacy, copyright, trademark, or other rights. You grant Housora a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, and process it only to operate and improve the Service, respond to support requests, and prevent abuse.

4. AI outputs

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. Check measurements, materials, product details, planning rules, and safety requirements with qualified professionals before making decisions or spending money. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or sharing them.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use Housora unlawfully or to infringe another person's rights.
• Do not upload malware, private information without permission, or harmful or abusive content.
• Do not bypass limits, scrape the Service, reverse engineer it, or interfere with its security.
• Do not represent AI concepts as certified plans or guaranteed outcomes.

6. Plans, credits, and payments

Available plans, credits, prices, renewal terms, taxes, and feature limits are shown at checkout or on the pricing page. Paid plans renew according to the displayed billing period until cancelled. Payments are processed by the payment provider named at checkout. We may change plans with reasonable notice; mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel through the account or payment-management controls provided by Housora. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Where a right of withdrawal applies to a digital service, we will obtain any legally required express request and acknowledgement before immediate performance.

8. Intellectual property

Housora owns or licenses the Service, software, branding, interface, and original site content. Except for the rights expressly granted here, no rights are transferred. Housora does not claim ownership of your uploaded content. Subject to law and these Terms, you may use outputs generated from your content for your own projects.

9. Availability and liability

The Service is provided on an availability basis and may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Housora is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for security, legal, abuse, non-payment, or serious Terms violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. After termination, we may delete content according to the Privacy Policy and applicable retention duties.

11. Governing law and contact
